Job summary

Vego Garden is seeking a detail-driven Senior Procurement Operations Specialist to drive master data integrity, purchasing execution, and product costing across the full product lifecycle. The role partners with Procurement, Product Management, Finance and Warehouse to deliver accurate data and actionable insights.

Responsibilities include master data management, PO/BPO processing, supplier cost tracking, inventory analysis, reporting dashboards (Excel, Tableau/Power BI), and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing, or inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Tableau or Power BI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own master data creation, maintenance, and lifecycle management in the ERP.
• Create and maintain SKUs, BOMs, and product structures; ensure data accuracy.
• Manage Blanket PO and PO creation; ensure timely execution.
• Track supplier costs, pricing, lead times, and purchasing parameters.
• Support procurement leadership with operational activities and reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory trends; prepare reports and actionable recommendations.
• Develop procurement dashboards and automate reporting.
