Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of administrative or support experience advantageous.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote interaction.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about procurement.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement specialists with daily administrative tasks, including preparing purchase orders and requisitions.
• Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and databases.
• Support supplier communication, including sending inquiries and following up on deliveries.
• Help gather and organize data for spend analysis and supplier performance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of procurement requests.
• Learn and apply company procurement policies and procedures under guidance.
