Job summary

RVO Health is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead software/SaaS negotiations and manage vendor contracts, including AI/ML tools. You will mentor a small team, drive SOW development for contracted labor, and coordinate with Legal, IT, Security, and Compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

In-office with a hybrid schedule (Tue-Thu in Charlotte/ Fort Mill, Mon & Fri remote) to support procurement strategy and portfolio tracking using Oracle Fusion, Navan, Jira, and FreshService.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in purchasing, procurement, or contract management focused on software/SaaS.
• Negotiate and manage software agreements, including AI/ML vendor contracts.
• Experience mentoring or managing a team.
• Experience developing/reviewing SOWs for contracted labor/services.
• Hands-on with Oracle Fusion (ERP/procurement).
• T&E platform management (Navan) and usage in portfolio tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement operations for software, SaaS, and enterprise platforms, focusing on cost minimization.
• Evaluate licensing models to identify savings and reduce shelfware.
• Oversee contracted labor sourcing and SOW management with clear scopes and pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs with suppliers; enforce contractual commitments.
• Lead a small purchasing team and manage intake, sourcing, and contracting workflow.
• Coordinate with Legal, Security, Compliance, and Business Operations across contracts.
