Job summary

Eightfold AI is seeking a stellar Procurement Analyst to help build a world-class procurement organization. This remote role supports the procure-to-pay process across multiple functions, collaborating with legal, AP, and compliance to transform procurement.

You will manage vendor contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and policy development, while partnering with Finance to streamline PO creation and invoicing. A global perspective and strong negotiation skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years in procurement, vendor management, or related operations.
• Experience with at least one P2P/procurement platform.
• Detail orientation and time management; comfortable with vendors.
• Experience working in a global company is a plus.
• Ability to negotiate terms and manage vendor agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycles for SaaS, services, and tech vendors.
• Track renewals and advise on renewal terms.
• Maintain vendor contract repository and key dates.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding/offboarding and security checks.
• Assist in developing and maintaining vendor risk assessments.
