Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Sr. Business Process Analyst to join a high-performance team. This is a 100% remote role supporting the VA cloud ecosystem, offering autonomy and scale.

You will lead process improvements, design of processes and metrics, and ensure compliance, collaborating with customer, IT, and client services teams across multiple domains. Strong analytics and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Elicit and document business requirements and workflows.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, Visio or Lucidchart.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Improve processes and organizational redesign, change management, and performance measures.
• Define and develop processes, policies, roles and metrics.
• Conduct current state, gap, benchmarking, and organizational analyses.
• Plan future state design and transition planning.
• Coordinate with customer, IT, and client services teams.
• Provide guidance on quality programs and regulatory compliance.
