Job summary
SAIC is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to join a high-performance team in a 100% remote role. The position supports the VA cloud ecosystem, driving continuous process improvements, organizational redesign, and change management with emphasis on metrics and governance.
The candidate will analyze current processes, define future states, and collaborate with customer, IT, and client services teams to ensure compliance and delivery of business agility.
Qualifications
- Expert in eliciting and documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Proficient in UML/BPMN modeling and process diagrams.
- Experience with Visio or Lucidchart for diagrams.
- Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives and define performance metrics.
- Identify current and future state designs and drive change management.
- Conduct current-state, gap analyses, benchmarking, and organizational assessments.
- Coordinate with client and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Develop and deliver training on measurement, analysis, and control.
