Responsibilities
- Assess operations to determine process effectiveness and resource utilization.
- Review workflows to remove unnecessary steps and improve service delivery.
- Lead discovery sessions and capture business requirements.
- Develop process documentation, workflows, and operating procedures.
- Design improved workflows aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate process-design workshops and stakeholder reviews.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for tech teams.
- Track initiatives, milestones, risks, and actions.
