Job summary

Healthbay Company is seeking a strategic and analytical Process Consultant on a full-time contract to improve how work is performed by examining operations, evaluating procedures, and developing practical solutions that boost efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.

You will partner with leaders across business, operations, and technology, facilitate workshops, translate requirements into specifications, and guide teams through transformation initiatives, with remote or hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of process consulting, business analysis, operations, or transformation experience.
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and develop practical recommendations.
• Experience documenting processes, procedures, workflows, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess operations to determine process effectiveness and resource utilization.
• Review workflows to identify improvements and reduce delays.
• Conduct discovery sessions and capture detailed business requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specs for tech and project teams.
• Facilitate process-design workshops and stakeholder reviews.
• Develop process documentation and implementation materials.
