Job summary

Healthbay Company seeks a strategic and analytical Process Consultant on a full-time contract basis to improve how work is performed by examining operations, evaluating procedures, and developing practical process solutions that enhance efficiency, consistency, quality, and customer outcomes.

The role partners with business leaders, operations, and technology stakeholders to understand challenges, develop sustainable improvements, and guide teams through process transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Organizational Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in process consulting, business analysis, operations, process improvement, or business transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex workflows and develop practical recommendations for improvement.
• Experience documenting business processes, operational procedures, workflows, and requirements.
• Strong knowledge of process analysis, workflow optimization, continuous improvement, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Assess business operations to determine process effectiveness, productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
• Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to eliminate unnecessary steps, reduce delays, and improve service delivery.
• Work with department leaders and employees to understand operational challenges and desired business outcomes.
• Conduct discovery sessions and process walkthroughs to capture detailed business and operational requirements.
• Develop clear documentation of existing processes, responsibilities, systems, inputs, outputs, and dependencies.
