Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in process consulting, business analysis, operations, or transformation.
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and propose practical improvements.
• Experience documenting processes, procedures, workflows, and requirements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess operations to determine process effectiveness, productivity, quality and resources.
• Review workflows to remove unnecessary steps and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with leaders to understand challenges and desired outcomes.
• Conduct discovery sessions and capture detailed business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for tech and projects.
• Facilitate design workshops and drive improvement meetings.
• Develop process documentation, diagrams, and implementation materials.
