Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years in process consulting or business process improvement.
• Experience redesigning business processes and workflows.
• Strong process mapping and requirements analysis skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and make practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations to ensure processes support goals.
• Conduct detailed reviews of procedures, policies, and systems.
• Gather information via interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Design future-state processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Create process maps and business requirements documents.
• Facilitate improvement meetings with stakeholders.
