Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3+ years in process consulting or business transformation.
• Experience redesigning processes and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping and requirements analysis.
• Ability to analyze operational data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Lean Six Sigma, BPM, Agile experience beneficial.
• ERP/CRM or BI platform experience a plus.
• Professional certification preferred (Lean Six Sigma, PMP).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations and workflows to see how processes support goals.
• Conduct detailed reviews of procedures, policies, systems, and practices.
• Gather information from stakeholders via interviews and workshops.
• Develop assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design future-state processes to improve productivity and service.
• Create process maps, requirements, and documentation.
• Identify duplication, delays, and control weaknesses.
• Perform root-cause analysis and address recurring issues.
• Support automation and digital transformation opportunities.
• Define functional requirements for workflow enhancements.
• Facilitate improvement meetings with owners and SMEs.
• Develop implementation plans and transition support.
• Establish metrics to monitor improvement.
• Review performance data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
• Coordinate with project teams to incorporate requirements.
• Assist with user acceptance, testing, training materials.
• Monitor new processes and adjust based on feedback.
• Maintain documentation of changes and decisions.
• Ensure recommendations align with policies and standards.
