Job summary

Eis group usa is seeking an experienced Process Consultant to drive process improvement on a full-time contract basis. You will collaborate with business and operations teams to assess current processes, identify gaps, and design streamlined solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in process consulting or business transformation.
• Experience redesigning business processes and workflows.
• Strong abilities in process mapping, requirements analysis, and documentation.
• Ability to analyze data to build actionable recommendations.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating meetings and workshops.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Agile is beneficial.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM and process automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations and workflows to align with goals.
• Review procedures, policies, systems, and practices.
• Gather information from stakeholders via interviews and workshops.
• Assess current processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Design future-state processes to boost productivity and quality.
• Create process maps, business requirements, and documentation.
• Identify duplications, manual steps, delays, and weaknesses.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with IT to explore automation and digital transformation.
• Define functional requirements for workflows and systems.
• Facilitate improvement meetings with owners and SMEs.
• Develop implementation plans and support transitions.
• Establish metrics to monitor performance of initiatives.
• Review data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
• Support policies, operating models, and process standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to embed requirements into systems.
• Assist with user acceptance, testing, and training materials.
• Monitor new processes and adjust based on feedback.
• Maintain accurate documentation of changes and decisions.
