Job summary

Eis Group USA is seeking an experienced Process Consultant for a full-time contract role. The position partners with business and operations teams to evaluate processes, identify performance gaps, and design streamlined solutions that boost efficiency, consistency, service quality, and organizational performance.

You will apply a structured approach to process analysis, engage stakeholders, document requirements, and support changes from assessment through implementation, including mapping

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years in process consulting or business transformation.
• Experience redesigning processes and workflows.
• Strong mapping, analysis, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations to see how processes support goals.
• Review procedures, policies, systems, and practices.
• Gather information via interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Develop assessments and identify opportunities for simplification.
• Design future-state processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Create process maps, requirements, and procedure documents.
• Identify inefficiencies and root causes, and propose solutions.
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives.
