Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• 3+ years experience in process consulting or process improvement.
• Strong mapping, analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement skills.
• Ability to translate operational challenges into practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations and workflows to align with organizational goals.
• Review procedures, policies, systems, and practices.
• Gather information via interviews, workshops, observations, surveys, and sessions.
• Design future-state processes to boost productivity, service quality, and control.
• Create process maps, requirements, and supporting documents.
• Identify inefficiencies, duplication, delays, and control weaknesses.
• Perform root-cause analysis and propose actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams on automation opportunities.
• Develop functional requirements for workflow and systems enhancements.
• Lead improvement meetings with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Develop implementation plans and support transition to redesigned processes.
• Establish metrics to monitor improvement impact.
• Review data to spot trends and additional opportunities.
• Prepare business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
• Maintain policies, procedures, operating models, and standards.
• Coordinate with projects to embed process requirements in new systems.
• Support user acceptance testing, training material, and readiness.
• Monitor performance post-implementation and adjust as needed.
