Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/operations or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of process consulting or business transformation experience.
• Strong process-mapping and requirements analysis skills.
• Ability to analyze data and present practical recommendations.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or Agile is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business operations and workflows to assess alignment with goals.
• Conduct detailed reviews of procedures, policies, systems, and practices.
• Gather information via interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions.
• Create assessments and identify opportunities for standardization and improvement.
• Design future-state processes to boost productivity and service delivery.
• Develop process maps, business requirements, and supporting documents.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation or enhancements.
• Facilitate improvement meetings with owners and SMEs.
• Develop implementation plans and support transitions to redesigned processes.
• Establish metrics to monitor improvement initiatives.
