Job summary

Eis group usa is seeking an experienced Process Consultant for a full-time contract to analyze, redesign, and monitor business processes. You will work with operations teams to identify gaps, develop streamlined solutions, and support implementation, with a focus on improving efficiency, service quality, and organizational performance.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, documentation skills, and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in process consulting or business transformation.
• Experience redesigning processes and workflows.
• Strong skills in process mapping and requirements analysis.
• Able to analyze operational data to form practical recommendations.
• Understanding of root-cause analysis, controls, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations and workflows to align with goals.
• Review procedures, policies, systems, and practices.
• Gather information via interviews, workshops, observations, surveys.
• Develop assessments and identify opportunities for simplification and standardization.
• Design future-state processes to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Create process maps, requirements documents, and supporting materials.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Perform root-cause analysis and address recurring issues.
• Collaborate with IT to explore process automation and digital transformation.
• Define functional requirements for workflow and automation.
• Lead improvement meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
• Develop implementation plans and monitor transition to redesigned processes.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure impact.
