Job summary

Eis Group USA is seeking an experienced Process Consultant to join our team on a full-time contract basis. You will evaluate operations, identify performance gaps, and design streamlined, standardized processes to improve efficiency, service quality, and organizational performance.

The role requires a structured approach to process analysis, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex challenges into practical recommendations across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 3+ years of process consulting or business process improvement experience.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, requirements analysis, and workflow documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven stakeholder management across departments.
• Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions.
• Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations and workflows to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Review procedures, policies, systems, and practices for efficiency gaps.
• Gather information via interviews, workshops, observations, and surveys.
• Develop assessments and opportunities for standardization and improvement.
• Design future-state processes to boost productivity and quality.
• Create process maps, business requirements, and procedure documents.
• Identify duplication, manual activities, delays, and control weaknesses.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and propose actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams on automation opportunities.
• Define functional requirements for workflows and system enhancements.
• Facilitate improvement meetings with stakeholders and owners.
• Develop implementation plans and monitor transition to new processes.
