Job summary

Eis group usa seeks an experienced Process Consultant to partner with business and operational teams to evaluate processes, identify performance gaps, and design streamlined solutions that boost efficiency, consistency, and service quality.

The role requires a structured approach to process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and translating complex challenges into practical recommendations, including automation opportunities and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years of process consulting or related experience.
• Experience evaluating and redesigning business processes and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, requirements analysis, and documentation.
• Ability to analyze operational data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of root-cause analysis, process controls, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-department collaboration.
• Experience facilitating meetings/workshops and requirements gathering.
• Solid project management and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Agile, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, workflow automation, BI, or related platforms.
• Professional certifications in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, CBAP, PMP, or related.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations to determine how processes support goals.
• Review procedures, policies, systems, and practices.
• Gather information from stakeholders via interviews/workshops/observations.
• Develop assessments and identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
• Design future-state processes to boost productivity and service delivery.
• Create process maps, requirements, and supporting documents.
• Identify duplication, delays, and control weaknesses.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and propose recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT to explore automation opportunities.
• Define functional requirements for workflow and systems enhancements.
• Facilitate improvement meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
• Develop implementation plans and support transition to redesigned processes.
• Establish metrics to monitor improvement effectiveness.
• Review data to identify trends and new opportunities.
• Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
