Job summary

The Eis Group USA is seeking an experienced Process Consultant on a full-time contract basis to evaluate and optimize business processes across departments. You will map current workflows, identify gaps, and design future-state processes to improve productivity, service quality, and operational control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of process consulting, business process analysis, operations, or process improvement.
• Experience evaluating and redesigning processes and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, requirements analysis, and documentation.
• Ability to analyze operational data and develop practical recommendations.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or Agile frameworks is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations and workflows to support organizational goals.
• Conduct reviews of procedures, policies, systems, and practices.
• Gather information via interviews, workshops, observations, and requirements sessions.
• Develop assessments and opportunities for simplification and standardization.
• Design future-state processes to improve productivity and quality.

• Identify inefficiencies and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams on automation opportunities.
• Lead improvement meetings with stakeholders and document decisions.
