Job summary

Eis group usa is seeking an experienced Process Consultant for a full-time contract to work with business and operations teams. This role focuses on evaluating processes, identifying gaps, and delivering streamlined improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and organizational performance.

Ideal candidates will translate complex challenges into actionable recommendations, engage stakeholders, and support changes from assessment through implementation in a remote or hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years of process consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, requirements analysis, and workflow documentation.
• Experience evaluating and redesigning business processes and operational workflows.
• Proficiency with ERP, CRM, workflow automation, or enterprise technology platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business operations and workflows to determine alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct detailed reviews of existing procedures, policies, systems, and practices.
• Gather information from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, observations, surveys, and requirements sessions.
• Develop assessments identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, and improvement.
• Design future-state processes to improve productivity, service delivery, quality, and control.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, business requirements, and procedures.
