Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a role that collaborates with sales teams and customers to design and implement software solutions and professional services.

You will participate in on-site visits, advise IT staff, and help prepare proposals, POCs, and SOWs while ensuring accurate configurations. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 0–2 years of related experience, and willingness to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; 0–2 years in related work.
• Experience in printing pre-sales/post-sales support in large format, office and production environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% with overnight stays; valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Fiery Professional & Expert Certification and Certified Color Management Professional Master.
• Provide post-sales 24/7 after-hours support and assist customers with onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Consult with sales teams and customers to design and implement software solutions.
• Participate in on-site visits, meetings, surveys, and inspections.
• Assist with RFP responses and develop POC demonstrations for customer review.
• Assist in drafting SOWs outlining customer requirements and responsibilities.
• Ensure configurations are complete and accurate.
• Support post-sales activities and after-hours assistance as needed.
