Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Sols PTS to support advanced technical guidance for securing sales of networked printing devices and related services. The role includes sales support, customer trainings, and professional services delivery in a hybrid setting.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in pre-sales/post-sales support within printing environments, with travel up to 70%. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Color management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience in large format and production printing environments.
• Familiar with postscript/PDF workflows and file formats.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% with valid driver’s license.
• Color management and professional services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales with evaluation of prospective customers.
• Participate in on-site visits for meetings and surveys.
• Meet with customer IT staff as a technical advisor.
• Assist in RFP responses and project management for large implementations.
• Assist in installation and integration of products and product applications.
• Generate professional services revenue through training and implementation guidance.
