Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an experienced technical advisor to support sales of networked printing devices and related software and services. You will assist in technical presentations, trainings, and professional services delivery, collaborating on RFPs and large-scale implementations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with up to 70% travel and after-hours support as needed. Hybrid work schedule available in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Relevant business experience relating to printing pre-sales/post- sales support in Large Format, office and production environments.
• Understand and be comfortable in using Adobe Creative Suite product, Quark Xpress and/or other standard Color composition and management tools and file formats.
• Extensive travel is required, up to 70% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical advice in support of securing sales of networked printing devices and related services.
• Support sales presentations, customer trainings, and professional services delivery.
• Collaborate on RFPs and provide post-sales project management for complex solutions.
• Assist in installation and integration of products and applications, and deliver 24/7 post-sales support.
