Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Solutions Analyst to partner with sales teams and architect tailored software solutions that meet client needs.

You will translate business challenges into secure, scalable system designs and lead technical POCs to win approvals. This role requires strong IT knowledge, consultative selling skills, and proficiency in documenting complex SOWs while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in software sales support.
• Strong IT systems and enterprise infrastructure knowledge.
• Active CompTIA Cloud Essentials+, CompTIA Project+, and CompTIA Security+.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across clients and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Align sales strategy with internal Sales teams to drive revenue for software solutions.
• Consult with clients to analyze workflows and identify improvements.
• Engineer high-level system requirements aligned with budgets and schedules.
• Develop and deliver technical Proofs of Concept.
• Author clear Statements of Work (SOW) detailing requirements and deliverables.
