Job summary
Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a Software Testing Principal (MUMPS) for a fully remote role supporting Veterans Affairs. The position requires extensive testing across MUMPS/InterSystems Cache, HL7/FHIR, and legacy healthcare systems with a strong emphasis on QA leadership and process improvement.

Qualifications
- Experience testing MUMPS/Cache healthcare applications.
- Experience in regulated healthcare/government environments.
- Experience creating detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Experience performing functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Experience validating data integrity and system interoperability standards such as HL7/FHIR.
Responsibilities
- Support testing for mission-critical healthcare applications in MUMPS/Cache environments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test procedures.
- Validate software enhancements, maintenance releases, defects, and upgrades.
- Coordinate functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing activities.
- Verify data integrity across legacy systems and healthcare interfaces.
