Job summary

Procore seeks a Pricing Strategy Manager to lead pricing, packaging, and monetization across its portfolio, including AI offerings. You will pair with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to move pricing from hypothesis to approval and execution.

Demonstrated financial modeling and structured problem-solving will shape value capture and provide defensible recommendations for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in pricing strategy, monetization, or product strategy with 2+ years in pricing.
• Strong financial modeling and ability to ground decisions in data.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and packaging proposals for new products and features with Product and Finance.
• Build and stress-test the business case behind pricing decisions and monetization sizing.
• Design market, competitive, and willingness-to-pay research to pressure-test hypotheses.
• Develop monetization models for AI offerings and assess impacts on customers.
• Diagnose ambiguous commercial problems and identify root cause factors.
• Translate analysis into concise recommendations and defend them to executives.
