Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Pricing Strategy Manager to lead pricing, packaging, and monetization across the portfolio, including AI offerings. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in pricing strategy, monetization, product strategy, or management consulting, with 2+ years in pricing/monetization at a top-tier firm.
• Advanced financial modeling with Excel; pricing/revenue impact/unit economics models built from scratch.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative pricing research and synthesizing inputs into themes.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and packaging proposals for new products and features from hypothesis through recommendation.
• Build and stress-test business cases behind pricing decisions, incl. segment performance and monetization sizing.
• Design and run market, competitive, and willingness-to-pay research to pressure-test hypotheses.
• Develop monetization models for AI offerings; assess implications for existing customers.
• Diagnose ambiguous commercial problems end to end and determine root causes.
• Translate analysis into clear, claim-driven recommendations and defend them to executives.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to operationalize decisions.
