Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Pricing Strategy Analyst to join our Corporate Strategy team. You will be the data and analytics engine behind pricing, packaging, and monetization, turning transaction and product data into commercial signals that inform our decisions.

You’ll partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to analyze pricing performance, build visibility, and shape how we capture value. Remote within the US with immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years pricing/monetization/analytics experience; 2+ years in pricing at a top-tier strategy firm.
• Strong ability to frame ambiguous problems and present to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and packaging initiatives from hypothesis through recommendation, in partnership with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• Build and stress-test the business case behind pricing decisions, including segment-level performance and ARR impact.
• Analyze transaction, bookings, discounting, and product data to identify commercial signals and diagnose root causes of underperformance.
• Design and run market, competitive, and willingness-to-pay research to pressure-test pricing hypotheses.
• Build and maintain pricing reporting and dashboards for visibility into performance.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations and defend them to executives.
