Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Strategy Analyst to drive data-driven pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions across the portfolio.

You will translate transaction, sales, and product data into actionable insights and lead pricing initiatives with cross-functional partners, including AI offerings. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Pricing & Monetization Strategy and can be based remotely in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of pricing, monetization, strategy, business or data analytics experience, with 2+ years in pricing/monetization at a top-tier firm.
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems into clear analytical frameworks and present to senior audiences.
• Experience leading projects from analysis through recommendations and balancing priorities.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with large datasets; BI reporting tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and packaging initiatives from hypothesis to recommendation in collaboration with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• Build and stress-test business cases behind pricing decisions including ARR impact and monetization sizing.
• Analyze transaction, bookings, discounting, and product data to identify commercial signals and diagnose root causes.
• Design and run market, competitive, and willingness-to-pay research to test pricing hypotheses.
• Create pricing dashboards and reports for visibility across Product, Sales, and Finance.
• Translate analyses into clear recommendations and defend them to executives.
• Partner with Pricing Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, and Marketing to operationalize decisions.
