Mondrio is seeking a Pricing Strategy Manager to lead customer engagements end-to-end, designing pricing structures and monetization logic for diverse clients. You will drive AI-enabled pricing improvements and stay close to the product and data to optimize outcomes.

You will study segmentation, packaging, and value-based pricing, collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact and growth for our pricing platform.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management.
• Deep pricing and value-creation expertise across segmentation and monetization.
• Excellent communication with C-level and cross-functional teams.
• Passion for driving end-to-end engagement from concept to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing engagements end-to-end from discovery to live pricing model.
• Design segmentation, packaging, price metrics, and monetization logic.
• Drive continuous pricing optimization after go-live.
• Be the trusted pricing advisor for stakeholders across orgs.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support upsell efforts.
• Work inside Mondrio platform and pricing engine daily with real data.
• Provide feedback to improve AI recommendations and product roadmap.
