Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Strategy Manager to lead pricing, packaging, and monetization across the Procore portfolio, including AI offerings. You will turn ambiguous questions into rigorous, data-driven recommendations for leadership reviews.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to move pricing decisions from hypothesis to approval to execution, using financial modeling and strategic storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of pricing strategy/monetization experience, with 2+ years in pricing practice at a top strategy firm
• Advanced financial modeling skills; expert in Excel; build pricing, revenue impact, and unit models from scratch
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative pricing research (WTP, conjoint, Van Westendorp, win/loss); synthesize inputs into themes
• Track record framing ambiguous problems into clear strategic frameworks; present to senior executives
• Strong cross-functional collaboration; influence with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing without direct authority
• Experience with B2B SaaS pricing and monetization; familiar with ARR, NRR, win rate, discounts
• Curiosity, high agency, and ownership mindset with bias for action

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and packaging proposals for new products and features with Product and Finance.
• Build and stress-test business cases behind pricing decisions and monetization.
• Design market, competitive, and willingness-to-pay research to pressure-test pricing hypotheses.
• Develop monetization models for AI offerings and assess implications for customers.
• Diagnose ambiguous commercial problems end to end and identify root causes.
• Translate analysis into clear, claim-driven recommendations for executives.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing to operationalize approved decisions.
