Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Pricing Strategy Analyst to join the Corporate Strategy team. You will be the data and analytics engine behind pricing, packaging, and monetization, translating data into the commercial signals that guide decisions.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to analyze pricing performance, build visibility into ARR and monetization, and lead smaller pricing initiatives across the Procore portfolio, including AI offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, strategy, business or data analytics, financial planning and analysis, or consulting with 2+ years inside a pricing or monetization practice at a top-tier strategy firm
• Track record of framing ambiguous problems into clear analytical frameworks and presenting recommendations to cross-functional and senior audiences.
• Experience leading projects or workstreams from analysis through recommendation, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience building revenue impact and unit economics models. Hands-on experience querying and analyzing large datasets (e.g., SQL), building reports in a BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Ability to synthesize qualitative inputs, such as call transcripts and field feedback, into clear themes that support pricing recommendations.
• Cross-functional collaboration and influence skills, with experience partnering with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, net revenue retention, win rate, discount rate) is a plus
• Curiosity, high agency, and an owner’s mindset with a strong bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing initiatives from hypothesis to recommendation with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• Stress-test business cases for pricing, including segment performance and ARR impact.
• Analyze transaction, bookings, discounting, and product data to explain pricing performance and diagnose root causes.
• Design market, competitive, and willingness-to-pay research to pressure-test pricing hypotheses.
• Build dashboards and reports to give visibility to Product, Sales, and Finance on pricing performance.
• Translate analysis into a few clear recommendations and defend them to executives.
• Ensure pricing decisions are operationalized and communicated to the field with relevant teams.
