Job summary

Procore Technologies in the United States seeks a Pricing Strategy Analyst to join our Corporate Strategy team. You will be the data and analytics engine behind pricing, packaging, and monetization, turning transaction, sales, and product data into commercial signals that inform decisions.

This role partners with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to analyze pricing performance and drive top-line growth. Remote-first in the US, immediate start.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pricing, monetization, strategy, business or data analytics, or consulting.
• 2+ years in a pricing or monetization practice at a top-tier strategy firm.
• Track record of framing ambiguous problems into clear analytical frameworks and presenting recommendations to cross-functional and senior audiences.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience querying large datasets (SQL) and building reports in BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and packaging initiatives from hypothesis through recommendation with cross-functional partners.
• Build and stress-test the business case behind pricing decisions, including ARR impact and monetization sizing.
• Analyze transaction, bookings, discounting, and product data to identify commercial signals and root causes of underperformance.
• Design market, competitive, and willingness-to-pay research, including price-elasticity analysis.
• Build and maintain pricing dashboards for visibility across Product, Sales, and Finance.
• Translate analysis into concise, claim-driven recommendations and defend them to executives.
• Partner with Pricing Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, and Marketing to operationalize decisions.
