Job summary

Mondrio, a fast-growing pricing technology startup with hubs in San Francisco and Amsterdam, is seeking a Pricing Strategy Manager to lead client engagements and shape pricing strategy using our AI-native platform. You will own pricing engagements end-to-end, design monetization logic, and drive ongoing optimization as customers grow, partnering with product and engineering to sharpen the engine.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management in tech or SaaS or Tier 1 strategy consulting.
• Deep pricing and value-creation expertise: segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting, willingness-to-pay.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing engagements end-to-end from discovery to live pricing models.
• Design segmentation, packaging, price metrics and monetization logic for each client.
• Stay engaged post go-live to drive continuous pricing optimization as customers scale.
• Be the trusted pricing advisor for stakeholders from operators to executives.
• Identify expansion opportunities and help drive upsell.
