Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Pricing Strategy Leader to own and advance pricing and monetization strategies for its cybersecurity portfolio, spanning hardware and software. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Pricing and Strategy and partners with product, engineering, finance, operations, and sales.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in pricing, strong analytics, and experience guiding cross-functional initiatives in tech or consulting. Hybrid work model in Seattle or San Jose; remote USA possible.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in pricing strategy or related roles within tech, cybersecurity, SaaS, or consulting.
• Deep knowledge of hardware, software, and services pricing models (subscription, consumption, perpetual).
• Experience with data analytics, financial modeling, and pricing elasticity methods.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with pricing and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for Cisco’s cybersecurity products.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, operations, and sales to deliver pricing and packaging solutions.
• Conduct annual pricing reviews, competitive analysis, and market research to optimize monetization.
• Analyze customer behavior and price elasticity to refine pricing approaches.
• Partner with teams to build scalable pricing tools and capabilities.
