Cisco is seeking a Pricing Strategy Leader to own pricing and monetization for its cybersecurity portfolio. You will collaborate with product, engineering, finance, operations and sales to optimize pricing models and drive monetization across Cisco’s global portfolio.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Pricing and Strategy, you will conduct annual pricing reviews and market research while shaping pricing strategy to balance innovation with disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pricing strategy, revenue management or business strategy experience.
• Deep knowledge of hardware, software and services pricing models.
• Experience with data analytics and financial modeling; proven senior stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for Cisco’s cybersecurity products.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, operations and sales to deliver pricing and packaging solutions.
• Conduct annual pricing reviews, competitive analysis and market research.
• Analyze customer behavior and price elasticity to refine pricing strategies.
• Build scalable pricing tools and capabilities with the team.
