Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Pricing Lead (open to remote) to own price architecture, promotional strategy, and markdown governance. You will lead a team of analysts, partner with Merchants, Merchandise Finance, Marketing, and E-Commerce to set pricing calendars and ensure accurate, on-time activation across channels and customer touchpoints.

The role demands a defensible margin point of view, disciplined activation, and the ability to develop analytical talent while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or Mathematics.
• 6–9 years of pricing, merchandising, planning, or finance with direct pricing ownership.
• Experience leading analysts or teams in a multi-channel retail environment.
• Strong understanding of retail margin mechanics, promotions, and markdowns.
• Advanced Excel; SQL or similar data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy and price architecture across channels.
• Lead pricing calendar and promotional cadence, with margin impact focus.
• Govern pricing execution, thresholds, and post-audit controls.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Merchants, and Finance to implement offers.
• Develop analytics roadmap, elasticity read, and markdown effectiveness.
