Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture seeks a Pricing Lead who will own pricing strategy and activation across channels, translating decisions into customer-visible offers. You will lead a team of analysts, partner with Merchants, Merchandise Finance, Marketing and E-Commerce, and govern pricing controls with strong margin discipline.

This role requires cross-functional collaboration and rapid, data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6–9 years in pricing, merchandising, or finance with direct ownership.
• Experience leading analysts or teams.
• Ownership of pricing or promotional execution in multi-channel retail.
• Strong knowledge of margin mechanics and markdown strategy.
• Advanced Excel skills and SQL or data tooling.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders under pressure.
• Strong calendar discipline with cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own price architecture and competitive targets.
• Lead annual and in-season pricing calendar.
• Define offer constructs and event economics.
• Manage end-to-end activation across channels.
• Lead pricing analytics roadmap and elasticity read.
• Develop and coach pricing team.
