Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Pricing Lead to own pricing strategy and its execution across the enterprise. You will lead a team of analysts and partner with Merchants, Merchandise Finance, Marketing, and E-Commerce to set the pricing calendar, approve offers, and govern controls that ensure pricing accuracy in market.

You will manage a disciplined activation calendar, develop analytical talent, and maintain defensible margin perspectives while coordinating cross-functional pricing

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of pricing, merchandising, or finance experience.
• Experience leading analysts or teams.
• Ownership of pricing or promotional decisions in a multi-channel retail environment.
• Strong command of retail margin mechanics and markdown strategy.
• Advanced Excel and SQL or comparable data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own price architecture and promotional strategy with margin impact.
• Lead annual and in-season pricing calendar.
• Govern offers, events, and P&L guardrails.
• Oversee markdown triggers and inventory aging.
• Direct competitive intelligence to pricing actions.
• Own end-to-end activation across channels.
