Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Pricing Lead to own pricing strategy and the commercial execution across the enterprise. You will lead a team of analysts, partner with Merchants, Merchandise Finance, Marketing, and E‑Commerce to set the pricing calendar and govern offers with strong governance controls.

This role requires a commercially minded pricing professional who can defend margin, drive activation on hard deadlines, and develop analytical talent within a fast-growing omni-channel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 6–9 years in pricing, merchandising, merchandise planning, or finance with ownership of pricing or promotions.
• Experience leading people or teams of analysts.
• Proven ownership of pricing or promotional execution in a multi-channel retail environment.
• Strong command of retail margin mechanics and markdown strategy.
• Advanced Excel and SQL or equivalent data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing architecture and competitive price gaps by category with margin impact.
• Lead annual and in-season pricing calendar and promotional plan.
• Govern offers, depth, cadence, and event economics with guardrails.
• Own markdown triggers and timing rules for inventory sell-through.
• Direct competitive intelligence and translate into pricing actions.
