Job summary

VXI Global Solutions in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a dedicated team member to help patients navigate the Prescription Payment Plan. You will enroll patients, verify eligibility, confirm coverage, and manage copay assistance to reduce out-of-pocket costs.

You will coordinate with insurance providers, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies to ensure accurate processing and continued access to medications at reduced costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or customer service required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, providers, and pharmacies.
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with enrollment and verify eligibility.
• Confirm prescription coverage and manage approvals.
• Help with cost-sharing, copays, and payment processing.
• Coordinate with pharmacies to apply benefits during fulfillment.
• Support renewals and continued eligibility.
• Monitor adherence and ensure continued participation.
