VXI Global Solutions is seeking a remote specialist to help patients enroll in the Prescription Payment Plan and verify eligibility, coordinating with insurers, providers, and pharmacies to ensure correct cost-sharing and fulfillment of prescriptions.

You will support patients through renewals, ensure continued eligibility, and provide clear communication about program updates and formulary changes. This role emphasizes patient advocacy and accurate processing in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance or customer service required (experience with prescription assistance programs is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.
• Excellent communication skills for working with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies.
• A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their healthcare access.
• The ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with enrolling in the Prescription Payment Plan and verify eligibility.
• Help patients confirm coverage and manage the approval process for eligible medications.
• Reduce out-of-pocket costs by applying program benefits and assist with copay/coinsurance.
• Coordinate with participating pharmacies to apply benefits during prescription filling.
• Support patients with refills and continued eligibility for reduced costs.
• Guide patients through annual renewals and inform them about updates to the program.
