Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking detail‑oriented associates to help patients enroll in a Prescription Payment Plan, verify eligibility, and confirm medication coverage. The role supports cost‑sharing, copays, and coordinated prescription fulfillment across pharmacies to ensure patients pay reduced amounts.

You will guide patients through renewals, monitor continued eligibility, and communicate program updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance or customer service preferred (prescription assistance programs a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.
• Excellent communication with patients, healthcare providers and pharmacies.
• Motivation to help others and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with enrollment in the Prescription Payment Plan and verify eligibility.
• Confirm prescription coverage and manage approval for eligible medications.
• Reduce out-of-pocket costs via benefits, manage copays and coinsurance.
• Coordinate with pharmacies to apply benefits during prescription filling and ensure reduced payment.
• Support ongoing eligibility, renewals, and continued use of the program.
• Guide patients through annual renewals and inform about formulary updates.
