Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance or customer service required (experience with prescription assistance programs is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.
• Excellent communication skills for working with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies.
• A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their healthcare access.
• The ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with enrolling in the Prescription Payment Plan and verify eligibility.
• Help patients confirm prescription coverage under the program and manage approvals for eligible medications.
• Reduce patients' out‑of‑pocket costs by applying benefits and assisting with copays.
• Coordinate with participating pharmacies to ensure correct application of benefits at fill.
• Support patients through renewals, adherence monitoring, and continued eligibility.
