VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Patient Care Advocate to remotely assist patients in navigating the Prescription Payment Plan. You will coordinate with patients, insurance providers, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies to ensure enrollment, verification, and cost-sharing are seamless.

The role focuses on reducing patients’ out-of-pocket costs, managing copays, and ensuring medication fulfillment while maintaining eligibility through renewals and program updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance or customer service is required.
• Experience with prescription assistance programs is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies.
• A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact on healthcare access.
• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with enrolling in the Prescription Payment Plan and verify eligibility.
• Help patients confirm prescription coverage and manage approval for eligible medications.
• Reduce out-of-pocket costs by applying program benefits and managing copay/coinsurance.
• Coordinate with participating pharmacies to ensure correct application of benefits during filling.
• Support patients with refills and continued use, monitoring adherence and eligibility.
• Guide patients through annual renewals and inform them about program updates.
