Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Patient Care Advocate to support patients remotely in navigating the Prescription Payment Plan. You will verify eligibility, assist with enrollment, and work with providers and pharmacies to ensure smooth processing and reduced costs.

The role emphasizes accurate medication coverage checks, cost-sharing assistance, and ongoing support for renewed eligibility, with a focus on patient-centric service in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, insurance or customer service is required.
• Experience with prescription assistance programs is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, providers and pharmacies.

Responsibilities

• Help patients enroll in the Prescription Payment Plan and verify eligibility.
• Confirm prescription coverage and manage approvals for eligible medications.
• Manage copays, coinsurance and additional copay assistance when applicable.
• Coordinate with pharmacies to apply benefits during prescription filling.
• Support ongoing adherence and renewals for continued eligibility.
