VXI Global Solutions LLC is seeking a remote-based associate to help patients enroll in a Prescription Payment Plan, verify eligibility, and coordinate cost-sharing with insurers and pharmacies. You will ensure seamless enrollment and accurate processing of claims.

You will work with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and patients to confirm coverage, manage copays, and support renewals while maintaining strong attention to detail and service quality in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, providers, and pharmacies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.
• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with enrollment in the Prescription Payment Plan and verify eligibility.
• Confirm prescription coverage and manage approvals for eligible medications.
• Handle cost-sharing, copays, and additional copay assistance when applicable.
• Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure correct application of benefits at dispensing.
• Support patients with refills, renewals, and ongoing eligibility monitoring.
• Guide patients through annual renewals and program updates.
