VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Patient Care Advocate to remotely assist patients with enrollment, eligibility, and navigation of the Prescription Payment Plan. You will collaborate with insurers, providers, and pharmacies to ensure cost-effective access to medications.

The role emphasizes enrollment support, eligibility verification, and ensuring coverage for prescribed medications while coordinating with participating pharmacies for accurate benefit application.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance or customer service required (experience with prescription assistance programs is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.
• Excellent communication skills for working with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies.
• A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact on healthcare access.
• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with enrollment in the Prescription Payment Plan and verify eligibility.
• Help patients confirm prescription coverage and manage approvals for eligible medications.
• Reduce out-of-pocket costs by applying program benefits and assisting with copays.
• Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure correct application of benefits during filling.
• Support patients with renewals, continued use, and adherence to medication regimens.
