Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a remote Prescription Assistance Specialist to help patients enroll in the Prescription Payment Plan, verify eligibility, and coordinate with providers and pharmacies to apply benefits and reduce out-of-pocket costs.

You will manage enrollment, cost-sharing, and prescription fulfillment while supporting renewals and ongoing eligibility in a collaborative, process-driven environment. Comprehensive benefits and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance or customer service required (experience with prescription assistance programs is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Enrollment & eligibility: assist patients with enrolling and verifying eligibility.
• Prescription coverage: confirm medications are covered and manage approvals.
• Cost-sharing & payment: reduce out-of-pocket costs and manage copays.
• Prescription fulfillment: coordinate with pharmacies for correct benefit application.
• Refills & continued use: ensure continued eligibility and adherence.
• Program renewal & updates: guide patients through annual renewals and formulary changes.
